PhD / Postdoc / Entrepreneurial skills: Facilitating collaborative innovation
Allgemeine Informationen
Help groups succeed in creating and learning the new! This hands-on workshop provides participants with a toolkit to facilitate group work in research, innovation and teaching so that they jointly arrive at a productive outcome. Learn to use established facilitation methods to enable good communication and collaboration across functions and different scientific disciplines and activate a groups’ collaborative resources.
On day 1, participants will train in techniques that help them hold productive meetings, identify and partner with stakeholders to integrate their perspectives and foster generating new ideas. You’ll also prepare for the inevitable road bumps by methods to invite mutual counseling and problem-solving if a project gets stuck.
On day 2, participants dive into techniques for projects that are more advanced. Learn to work from your own and your project partners’ strengths and help a group deal with uncertainty by identifying critical driving forces, mapping out scenarios to meet them, and helping yourself or a group steer their work portfolio.
