- What is a project and what are the main impact factors?
- What should I do to insure a successful research project?
- How should I structure, plan and guide my project?
- How should I communicate with my supervisor, project partners and students?
- Discussion of specific questions related to issues arising in participant's own work
Participants learn project management methods and tools to apply in the management of their own projects, as well as know-how in (co-)leadership of projects. Participants are able to:
- perform a project environment analysis
- structure and plan a project
- guide and control a project in a meaningful way
- establish a project communication plan
- communicate appropriately in different situations
- develop their research in an innovative way

1 ECTS (has to be recognized by your faculty)
New conditions of participation:
- A no-show will lead to a blocked account and the cancellation of all other booked GRC courses.
- You may only register for two courses per semester.
